We provide every incoming employee with individualized training to ensure that they are experts on Becker's use of above-industry-standard software and in their role.

Billing:

    • Assist the Billing Coordinator or handle the preparation for mass billing.
    • Complete mass billing.
    • Monthly generation of invoices for specific practice groups.
    • Daily generation of on-demand invoices (interim billing).
Maintenance of pertaining information in the Time and Billing System, such as:
    • Matter billing frequency.
    • Hourly Rate changes except for default rates.
    • Posting of all corrections/adjustments submitted by attorney/legal assistants.
    • Prepares monthly employee billing for all offices.
Client Relations:
  • Assist clients with issues related to billing or related reports.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or account balances.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with our clients


REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum three years' experience in a legal service organization with time billing, proficient in Word, Excel, and Aderant Expert. Experience in Electronic billing systems, such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, CounselLink, DataCert, Legal Exchange, Bottomline, etc.
