ROLE OVERVIEW OF A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
As a Client Relations Specialist, you serve as a vital link between our internal teams and external clients. You are the first point of contact for our customers, facilitating communication with our production team. Your friendly, approachable, and supportive nature shines through in every interaction, whether it’s via phone or email. You will patiently address inquiries and assist clients with their concerns. With precision, you will enter orders into our ERP system. Your strong communication skills, product knowledge, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities will ensure that customer expectations are met with the utmost professionalism. You will meticulously maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.
With a commitment to enhancing the experience for all, you will also contribute to identifying, developing, and implementing processes that promote satisfaction for both internal and external customers. As a people-oriented individual, you will enjoy fostering strong relationships with our esteemed clients.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Ability to navigate web-based platforms.
- Capacity to quickly learn our ERP software system.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
