Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
