In addition, this role will support the business development team in developing proposals, and client success teams to bring plans to campaign kick off processes, as well support strategic optimization and client planning discussions about ongoing performance improvement and client growth with True North. **HEALTHCARE MARKETING/AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST** The essential day-to-day responsibilities will shape strategic campaign plans for clients by:

Using knowledge gleaned from experience, sales conversations, media planning exercises and through 2nd and 3rd party data sources to bring meaningful and actionable direction to internal creative teams. Provide recommendations on media mix strategy. Create performance goals based on company campaign data and market insight. Design thoughtful consumer journey plans designed to solve unique client business problems. Review campaign reports to support ongoing strategic optimization suggestions. The ideal candidate we are looking for will have the experience and ability to support consumer research study designs, provide strategic direction on how first party data can be leveraged to inform great strategy, and collaborate closely with account managers, paid Media managers and creative team members to meet various stakeholder needs for strategic plans.

Someone who has writing project/campaign briefs to effectively mobilize internal teams, while also supporting the sales team by providing insights that justify budget and tactic recommendations and digital marketing experience is critical and fluency across paid search, social, etc., is required.
