The field marketing division collaborates closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that generate new leads and drive revenue. Your Role

As a marketing intern, you will assist in the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing initiatives by focusing on a specific area such as Events & Gifting, Digital & Reporting, Internal Communication, or Content. We aim to align your responsibilities with your expertise and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your chosen focus area, your tasks may include:

  • Identifying and selecting key industry events for participation (Events & Gifting)
  • Assisting in the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns (Events & Gifting)
  • Collecting and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform business decisions (Digital & Reporting)
  • Supporting the organization of webinars to engage potential and existing customers (Digital & Reporting)
  • Contributing to the creation of community programs focused on Women in Process Mining (Internal Communication)
  • Assisting in the formulation of internal communication strategies for sales and business development teams (Internal Communication)
  • Helping to produce digital advertisements, landing pages, and email content (Content)

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience is advantageous
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week
  • Strong strategic thinking, task prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to projects
  • Demonstrated follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Enthusiastic, high-achieving individual with a resourceful mindset
