Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Enrollment Marketing Consultant to join our Strategy team on an initial three-month service contract. This role involves crafting and supervising the implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment outcomes for our client partners.

Key Responsibilities
The Enrollment Marketing Consultant will:
1. Conduct thorough research and analysis, including competitor assessments, focus groups, market surveys, and enrollment data evaluations.
2. Analyze quantitative data and create visual representations to convey insights effectively.
3. Develop tailored enrollment marketing strategies based on market analyses and situational assessments.
4. Collaborate with internal experts to produce strategy briefs, reports, and other essential deliverables.
5. Present strategic marketing briefs to client partners, ensuring clarity and understanding of their needs.

Collaboration and Support
Work collaboratively with internal teams throughout project lifecycles, partnering with Client Experience and Project Management teams for major client engagements. Additionally, contribute to the development of integrated enrollment marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Business Development
Provide insights as a subject matter expert for business proposals and occasionally draft case studies that highlight the impact of our work. Full-time consultants may also represent VisionPoint at industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Who You Are
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in higher education enrollment marketing, particularly in strategy and analysis.
- Proven success in leading or managing enrollment marketing activities within a college admissions context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for influencing and engaging stakeholders.

Contract Details
This position is initially a three-month contract, with the potential for a contract-to-hire arrangement leading to full-time employment.
