Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

At 919 Marketing, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns to promote our clients' products, services, or brand online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC advertising and SEO.
  • Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analyze key digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, and more.
  • Provide regular insights and reports on digital campaign performance in relation to their goals.
  • Assist in the setup of campaign tracking through digital marketing channels and collaborate with data integrations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify areas for improvement on digital assets, such as landing pages or website, to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing on digital campaigns to optimize performance and identify effective strategies.
  • Assist with the development of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, ad copy, website copy, and landing page content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Proven experience 1 or more years in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles supporting SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic digital marketing team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in the following digital marketing platforms and social media management tools: Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, Yelp Ads, Meta Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
