THE ROLE: D365 Change Manager

The change manager's focus will be the end-user experience of D365 ERP system. This role will be responsible for leading the user engagement activities like user demos, trainings, communication on system changes and benefits. They will work closely with functional process owners to create user documentation like process flows, manuals, training videos for the solutions within D365. They will partner with business functions, D365 product owners, Unilever technical teams and our partners toward successful change mgmt. They will also ensure organizational alignment to support the changes to deliver the greatest business value and adoption. A successful candidate is a committed, result-driven with attention to detail and is great at working within teams to deliver complex projects within tight deadlines.

The OLLY implementation is the first of of three implementations of D365 across the VMS (Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements), a new division in Unilever, which is made up of 3 separate businesses, with 3 separate teams, process and legacy tech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead, execute and own the D365 change mgmt. to drive adoption for OLLY (and wider VMS).
  • Understand numerous interrelated Finance & Operations processes and systems.
  • Leverage best practices, techniques, and tools for change mgmt., communication and KPI reporting.
  • Support the formulation and implementation of process changes and control systems while partnering with our Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Global Business Unit colleagues .
  • Draft SOP's and keeping them up to date.
  • Lead with influence by building strong collaborative relationships to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent expertise from work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience leading change mgmt. within a dynamic & rapidly growing organization, CPG/Manufacturing/Wholesale/Retail preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships. An outstanding communicator and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts, of all work levels, across the world.

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (1 day in office, 4 days remote)

HOURS: 40 hrs/wk

Duration: 12 months

Target salary range: $65.00-80.00 per hour
