TechnoGen Inc. is a leading provider of IT services and software development solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics Technical Lead to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating with a diverse team to deliver high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling the D365 Sales module and configuring workflows and requirements as per business needs.
- Utilizing Power Platform for additional customizations and building customer-facing portals using Power Pages.
- Implementing scoring models and configuring Customer Insights Module and Marketing modules.
- Providing ongoing support services to existing clients via email and telephone.
- Ensuring consistent release management, change management, and project approval processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics Sales.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform for additional customizations.
- Experience with Power Pages to build customer-facing portals.
- Experience of Power Virtual Assistant implementation.
- Experience with Sales Premium License features Sales Hub, Sales Accelerator, LinkedIn Navigator, Viva Sales, etc.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry with an understanding of Health plans.
- Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics desired.
