Change is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance lifecycle strategies and refine essential customer journey touchpoints to stimulate actions on our platform. Reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be a vital part of our Lifecycle Marketing Team, responsible for crafting, optimizing, and advancing dynamic user journeys, mentoring lifecycle marketing managers, and establishing a center of excellence.

As a leading social impact organization, we are the largest platform for social change globally, engaging 100 million users monthly and facilitating over 50,000 campaigns each month through a fully user-generated revenue model. Our platform empowers users to achieve campaign victories for change every hour.

From mobilizing millions to address environmental crises in the Amazon to advocating for peace in conflict zones, our members have initiated numerous local, national, and international victories daily. We aim to amplify their impact, and your expertise is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies to boost user engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
  • Enhance new user retention by developing and managing an experimental roadmap;
  • Create and refine dynamic user journeys and campaigns that enhance performance;
  • Guide, mentor, and elevate lifecycle marketing managers in hypothesis-driven experimentation, storytelling, and user data analysis;
  • Streamline processes to improve experimentation speed and content creation.

Essential Competencies:

  • Proficiency in lifecycle marketing strategic planning, project management, and data-driven customer segmentation, utilizing technical expertise in lifecycle marketing software to optimize campaigns and craft impactful messaging;
  • Experience in planning and executing experimentation strategies, leveraging insights to enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle initiatives on user engagement and monetization;
  • Skilled in collaborating with Design, Product, and Brand teams to deliver exceptional campaigns that resonate with users and foster brand loyalty;
  • Extensive background in customer journey mapping to pinpoint key engagement opportunities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent collaboration abilities;
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and managing individual contributors.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 6 years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably within a large-scale consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer technology environment;
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role;
  • Robust experience with cross-channel marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable or Braze);
  • Experience in expanding marketing efforts beyond email to include web, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

Additional Information:

Our compensation framework is grounded in pay equity, with salaries determined based on a pre-established scale and local labor costs. The annual salary for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is $143,500 in major markets, with variations based on location.
