Apply a working knowledge of federal financial management practices and requirements, including those of the Federal Government, DHS, or USSS. Understand and apply applicable federal laws, regulations, standards, and guidance for federal operations. Manage multitask projects of low to high complexity. Demonstrate proficiency in federal or DHS-specific financial management processes and requirements, such as improper payments, debt collections, payment certifications, IPAC/G-invoicing, invoicing, Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), intragovernmental transactions, and travel voucher processing. Provide financial operations support to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Develop and implement solutions to improve financial processes and operations. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience processing transactions in federal government financial management, federal business process reengineering, or financial operations support. Minimum of 1 year of understanding and applying applicable federal laws, regulations, standards, and guidance for federal operations. Ability to manage multitask projects of low to high complexity. Possess a proficient understanding of federal or DHS-specific financial management processes and requirements, including improper payments, debt collections, payment certifications, IPAC/G-invoicing, invoicing, Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), intragovernmental transactions, and travel voucher processing. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Program Management, Data Analytics, or a related field with relevant coursework and/or training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
