Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Accountant to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will manage all financial operations related to our pharmacy and SaaS services. Your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring precise and prompt recording of financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CFO to manage the financial dimensions of operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to guarantee timely payments and effective cash flow management.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee payroll documentation.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams to support business objectives and provide financial insights.
  • Tax Compliance & Audit Assistance: Prepare and file tax documents and assist with financial audits.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and implement effective internal controls to minimize financial risks.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA certification or in progress.
  • Experience in pharmacy-related accounting.
