Provider Engagement Specialist Provider Engagement Specialist will work to build strong relationship with all employed Cayuga Medical Associates (CMA) providers beginning with their onboarding, training and off-boarding phases and beyond. Specialist will maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with providers and function as a liaison between providers and various departments within CMA and CHS. Specialist will work closely with multiple internal departments to manage the provider onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for all groups involved.

Roles and Responsibilities: Cultivates and manages ongoing relationship with CMA providers; both during the onboarding phase and beyond Works closely with recruiting and operational leaders to create a smooth transition for providers from the contracting phase to the onboarding phase Collaborates with operational leaders, practice managers and support departments (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Facilities) to ensure a successful and timely onboarding experience. Provide a high-touch experience to allow for a seamless transition for all incoming and existing providers Develops and maintains onboarding timelines, onboarding notes and spreadsheets related to provider onboarding and any provider related efforts Develop and execute events to maintain a collaborative environment between providers as well as health system staff and leaders.
