Our mission is to provide transformative love and friendship through various services, including airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events.
Role Expectations:
- Flexible work schedule, either full-time or part-time
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as required by ministry activities
- Participation in annual conferences and retreats
Compensation Structure:
- Development of a ministry partner team to secure necessary prayer and financial support for salary, benefits, and operational costs
- Comprehensive training provided to cultivate a team of ministry partners
- Salary range between $25,709 and $80,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors

Responsibilities of the Role:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with a diverse community of international students. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing a ministry presence by building relationships with university personnel, forming partnerships with local churches, mobilizing volunteers, and organizing Bible studies and cultural events
- Discipling international students and sharing the Christian faith
- Registering and maintaining IFI as a recognized student organization, fostering positive relationships with other campus international groups
- Creating and sustaining financial and prayer partnerships to meet the budgetary needs of the role by effectively communicating the ministry's vision
Qualifications Required:
- Commitment to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and organizational policies
- Demonstrated faithfulness in evangelism and hospitality towards international students, as well as mentoring others in these practices
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability and flexibility in various situations
- Proficiency in necessary technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to individuals
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred experience in cross-cultural ministry
