We are seeking an Admin Support Specialist to join our "HR Connect" team. HR Connect is the company's centralized HR shared services organization that provides our employees and managers with HR transactional and inquiry support on a myriad of HR topics, tools, and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes performing core HR transactional work including but not limited to:
•Support new employee onboarding activities including initiating and reviewing pre-employment background checks, processing new hire paperwork, completing I-9 forms, filing paperwork
•Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, HR customers, and external vendors
•Performing data entry to HR systems
•Data entry to vendor systems
•Participating in maintenance of process documentation
•Supporting and participating as a project team member in ongoing implementation and continuous improvement projects
•Completing verification of employment letters
•Support the team during system platform implementation

The ideal candidate will have:
•Exemplary customer service skills
•Ability to multi-task and work in an interrupt-driven environment
•Meticulous attention to detail
•Self-sufficient, motivated attitude
•Superior organizational skills
•Microsoft Office and Excel experience

This is a Full Time Temporary (6 month) opportunity.
Pay Rate: $26.50an hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
