Job Summary:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of communication within the office.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Welcoming visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and announcing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Monitor visitor access, issue passes when required, and update appointment calendars.
  • Prepare travel vouchers, take payments for services and products, and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
