Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of communication within the office.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcoming visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and announcing them to the relevant personnel.
- Monitor visitor access, issue passes when required, and update appointment calendars.
- Prepare travel vouchers, take payments for services and products, and maintain office supplies.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
