About the Role As the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. You will also oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. This will be an in office position, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture.

Develop and implement programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.

Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stay informed about developments in HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all HR-related matters.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and actions.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
