The Chief People Officer will serve as a key advocate for the Foundation's culture, embodying and promoting its core values. This role will enhance a sense of accountability, consistency, and support throughout the organization and within the communities it serves.

Collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team is crucial as the Chief People Officer will help shape the future direction of the Foundation. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of designing and implementing high-quality strategies to attract, retain, and nurture a diverse workforce. Leveraging the Foundation's brand, the Chief People Officer will position the organization as a leading destination for top talent.

Key responsibilities include overseeing performance management systems, cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and implementing strategies to assess and improve employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the Chief People Officer will manage employee relations, ensure competitive compensation and benefits, and maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Another vital aspect of this role is the development of a comprehensive onboarding and offboarding program, focusing on professional growth and seamless transitions for employees.

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, along with a minimum of eight years of experience in a senior human resources role within a similarly sized organization. The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
