Position Overview: As the Chief of People Operations, you will act as a strategic leader, overseeing all facets of human resources management within OMNI.   • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates across all departments.
  • Employee Development: Promote a culture of ongoing learning and career advancement, identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
  • Performance Management: Implement a performance development system that encourages continuous feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and execute internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a reliable resource for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace and attract a diverse workforce.

Qualifications:
