Qualifications:
- Master's degree with three (3) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.
- Experience in supervisory or management roles, including at least three (3) years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and respect for cultural practices.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with applicable regulations.
