for the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for establishing and growing Procore’s channel partner ecosystem across Asia Pacific, with the opportunity for rapid advancement into a leadership position as the channel business expands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building successful channel partnerships within the SaaS industry, particularly in Asia Pacific markets. This role will dual-line report directly to the Head of Global Channel Partnerships and the GM of APAC sales for Procore and will be based in the Sydney office. What you'll do : Develop and execute Procore’s channel strategy for Asia Pacific, focusing on building a scalable and sustainable channel partner ecosystem. Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners, including resellers, VARs, system integrators, and consultants. Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, certification processes, and sales support resources. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with Procore’s values, objectives, and standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to channel partners, driving alignment with Procore’s global partner program while addressing regional business needs and opportunities. Drive a growth mindset around the partner ecosystem, continuously evaluating and optimising partner performance and engagement. Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction metrics. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships or business development roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on Asia Pacific markets. Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner ecosystems, driving significant revenue growth through indirect sales channels. Strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities, particularly within the Asia Pacific region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with broader business objectives. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI from channel partnerships. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organisation.
