Cemtrex is on a growth trajectory and is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Strategic Partnerships within our sales division.

This position will be based in our software development agency and requires a driven and enthusiastic sales professional capable of securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our software development solutions, which encompass augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mobile applications, web services, and enterprise-level solutions, catering to a diverse clientele from startups to prominent global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies in targeted markets.
  • Report directly to the EVP of Sales and Marketing, receiving guidance on strategic priorities and performance evaluations.
  • Engage with industry leaders to understand their software development requirements and collaborate with internal teams to devise tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and surpass growth objectives.
  • Conduct daily sales activities, including outreach calls, networking, client meetings, presentations, and participation in industry events.
  • Consult with clients on creative and production deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with project management and development teams to ensure efficient budgeting and quality delivery.
  • Act as an Account Manager, maintaining client relationships and overseeing project execution to optimize revenue.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, mobile, or web product sales, with a background in consumer technology or digital marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, with experience in Hubspot being advantageous.
  • Combination of startup and enterprise experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the production of digital products.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships at the executive level within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Track record of generating and closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong curiosity and knowledge about technology trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at synthesizing data and insights to convey actionable strategies.
  • Strong visual thinking and storytelling capabilities, simplifying complex ideas.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and peers.
  • Commitment to operational excellence.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
