**Customer Service Representative Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding the "why" behind issues and working closely with internal departments to find solutions.

**Key Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Investigate and identify the root cause of customer issues and partner with the appropriate internal department to resolve them.
