About Our Client: Addison Group’s client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Denver. This role supports the HVAC service team, handling various customer service tasks and ensuring smooth operations.


Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling technicians, and assisting with various service-related tasks. This position requires being on-call once a month, with additional compensation provided for on-call hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails to schedule technicians and keep customers updated.
  • Support Service Managers and technicians with scheduling tasks.
  • Assist technicians in tracking and managing overdue maintenance tasks.
  • Create and process purchase orders.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Document and write up service call details.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and technician assignments.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of scheduled services.
  • Coordinate with inventory and parts departments to ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Ability to be on-call once a month, which involves being available to take calls after hours. On-call compensation is as follows:
    • Monday – Thursday: $250
    • Friday – Monday: $300

Additional Details:

  • Hours: 8-5 M-F
