About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our client’s brand at various retail events throughout Denver, including stores, shopping centers, and malls. Your main responsibilities will include connecting with customers, showcasing products, and promoting services with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role offers a mix of customer-facing duties and essential office tasks, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a warm and professional greeting to customers, making their experience memorable and enjoyable.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct interactive presentations and live demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits, making it easy for customers to make informed decisions.
