Description/Comment: - REMOTE BUT ONSITE FOR TRAINING AND SOME MEETINGS - DURATION - THROUGH DEC 2023 AND MAYBE EXTENDED TO APRIL 2024 - SHIFT - MON-FRI DAYS WITH SOME FLEXIBILITY.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Meticulous data entry in ERP system to enable contract billing and forecasting
•Generate reports from ERP system or process ERP data in Excel or other software to develop various reports
•Utilize various software (Word, Excel, and other technology) to create and improve templates for various routine client facing documents and reports
•Process forward billing work orders to generate invoices for various project specific items and services
•Assist with drafting of quotes and RFI documents for clients
•Assist other Client Services members when needed to ensure the overall group's goals and deliverables are met
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
•Associate degree with at least 1 year of administrative and/or data entry experience
•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
