Key Responsibilities of a Client Relations Specialist at Global Lending Services

We are currently looking for enthusiastic team players for Client Relations Specialist roles. This pivotal position involves cultivating robust business relationships with our dealership partners to secure new and additional business opportunities, as well as providing support for ongoing deals.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success as a Client Relations Specialist

  • Leverage your sales and negotiation expertise to conduct daily outreach to dealers, enhancing the deal pipeline and sharing insights about the Global Lending Services dealer program
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with dealers, acting as a customer success advocate
  • Employ your exceptional customer service abilities to respond to incoming inquiries from dealer partners regarding updates and active transactions
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to provide deal structuring and decision-making support
  • Ensure all communications and updates are accurately recorded in the CRM and proprietary software
  • Set and monitor monthly purchase goals for assigned dealers
  • Assist the Funding team with documentation-related challenges

Qualifications for a Successful Client Relations Specialist

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate effectively
  • Quick thinking in a dynamic environment with the ability to overcome objections
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and standard business software
  • Capable of navigating multiple computer applications across various screens
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite with a rotational Saturday every other week
