Duties/Responsibilities: Review stop payment orders entered into computer system for completeness and accuracyReview deposit account exception holds for accuracy of both the data input into database and the notice sent to customerAdd and release loan collateral holds on deposit accounts pursuant to loan documents and release authorizationsProcess deposit account verification requests from third parties in accordance with bank's privacy policyProcess garnishment and levy orders in accordance with bank policyReview and verify accuracy of additions and modifications to deposit account database made by Personal Bankers and Call Center personnel in accordance with the bank policy, the Bank Secrecy Act, and other applicable regulationsEnter real estate collateral information into property tax tracking databaseAnalyze Escrow accounts on an annual basisVerify completeness and accuracy of Synergy document database for deposit and loan accounts which may be input and modified at all bank locationsReceive loan files and update appropriate workflowHandle routine inquiries made by customers or other bank employees in an efficient and courteous mannerAdhere to sensitive deadline and time constraintsPerform all necessary duties to ensure effective workflow and effective realization of total department goalsRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to exhibit our core values; Integrity, Enthusiasm, Accountability, Excellence, Customer First, Professionalism, and Respect.Ability to identify and report risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the bank.
