Job Responsibilities for the Business Development Representatives :
Work closely with Account Executive's to develop game plans
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Initiate and conduct introduction calls, deliver client materials, provide high level demos, and explain technical concepts
Qualify all leads based on the company's criteria and standards
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales teams / professionals for further development and closure
Maintain and Update CRM database
Engage and support sales opportunity as needed
Job Requirements for the Business Development Representative :
2+ years of professional Software Sales experience
Ambitious, money-motivated, self-starter personalities
Must have excellent cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication
Proficient with CRM management, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
People skills, relationship building skills, innate sales motivation
Strong objection prevention and handling skills
