Business Development Representative, Senior

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Lawson Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate and close deals, and ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Education: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain and maintain vehicular insurance.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual total compensation package of $95,000-100,000, consisting of a base salary and variable incentive opportunity.
