We have a role in Nashville, TN for an Outbound Sales/Business Development

Job Description:

As an Outbound Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Compensation:

  • Base $50k + 6% of job services
  • Medical, Vision, Dental, Short and Long term disability.

Benefits/Perks:

(Candidate is eligible for benefits after 90 days of Full-time employment.)

  • 40 hours of PTO each of their first three years, and after the 3rd year with will accrue up to 80 hours of PTO.
  • Paid holidays and a $15 per diem each day.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday will be spent working and finding leads.
  • Every Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm must be present in the Office.

Duties & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the moving & logistics industry, with a deep understanding of its intricacies.
  • Proven commercial sales experience, with an ability to manage longer sales cycles and diligent follow-up on pending deals.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to establish beneficial vendor partnerships.
  • Proficient in CRM software for sales management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and meeting sales targets.
