Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including user story writing, defining success criteria, and documenting testing steps. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and make recommendations for improvements. Document architectural designs and standards for future reference. Plan and collaborate on projects and workstreams. Work closely with development teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the Java platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce solution design experience. Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems. Experience with various architecture patterns (e.g., Monolithic, Microservices, SOA, Data Driven, Event Driven, Onion/Clean/Hexagonal). Proficient in integration patterns using REST API, SFTP, Kafka/Solace. Exposure in Microservices tech stack like including Java, Spring Boot, Spring frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift Knowledge of cloud products/services, Kubernetes, and preferably GCP. Familiarity in other technologies like JSON/REST API Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in Salesforce. Design experience. Familiarity with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. Familiarity with Java / OpenShift. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright Experience with other relevant technologies and platforms. Master's degree in a related field.
