The Wellness Client Manager is a service and relationship-oriented individual who coordinates service, delivery, and operations for clients as it relates to overall wellness strategy, client delivery, internal product subject matter expert and general support. They will support the identification and strategic development of digital health initiatives and services. The Wellness Client Manager partner closely with resources across the organization and interfacing directly with clients/potential clients. The team serves as the subject matter expert for Optum's digital member engagement platform and will work with a cross-functional teams in developing strategies and business cases, structuring partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to grow digital health capabilities.Will advise and consult with the Client Executive (CE) on the renewal and strategic retention planning, growth and increased profitability of existing business and the client relationship management of assigned Rally accounts. Will direct strategic, customer specific digital wellbeing initiatives, which deliver 'value added' services through the execution of client specific business plans.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: Partners with Client Executive and key business stakeholders to establish and execute on a strategic client plan that addresses client's digital wellbeing business needs (current and emerging), supports growth, provides measurable value, and increases client engagement/loyalty Act as an escalation and coordination point to ensure that any client concerns, issues, and questions are appropriately addressed and resolved Act as a client advocate in communicating client needs and coordinating internal meetings focused on developing responsive solutions to those needs Aligns value story with the client strategy. Consistently represents value of Optum solutions to various levels within the client, including executives, decision makers and key influencers Align with internal shared service partners to ensure we are delivering quality and contracted solutions Act as the primary liaison between the key client contacts and Optum business units/leaders Partner with the client to develop reward strategies that encourage engagement, while ensuring compliance with all regulations related to wellness incentives You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
