The selected candidate will provide technical project management leadership and system engineering support on a team supporting and developing an Electronic Records Management Services (RMS) for the enterprise. The application provides a modern, secure, leading-edge capability compliant with external regulatory guidance including electronic maintenance, storage, search, audit, reporting, retrieval, lockdown, and disposition of records, considered both permanent and temporary.

The candidate must have experience providing technical project management to include customer engagement, performance oversight, schedule development, risk & dependency management and scope management. Candidate will work directly with Government Project Management and communicate with Freedom Program Management team on status and progress.

The candidate must have experience working on a software development team with diverse skillsets. This individual must be willing to tackle challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment.

Primary responsibilities will be working with Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitating agile processes, communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers.

Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twenty (20) years' experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twenty (25) years’ SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Experience providing technical project management on software development projects

Experience with agile development methodologies

Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products

Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules

Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and/or Confluence

Experience using COTS products or records management technology
