Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Lead design and development activities, ensuring that system requirements are met and that the system is compatible with the defined system architecture.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding System Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading System Engineering efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
