Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and features, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Provide expert support and conduct in-depth analysis to address complex technical challenges
  • Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
  • Lead and participate in system transition and decommission efforts
  • Utilize collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to facilitate team collaboration
Requirements
  • Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience
  • Shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) years experience as a Systems Engineer performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Proven experience in authoring system requirements and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and REST calls
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
