**Job Summary**
NiSUS Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead our Systems Engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, developing system requirements specifications, and guiding design and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities, ensuring technical integrity and adherence to project requirements.
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
- Assess and prepare system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interact with clients regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicate with other project personnel and senior executives.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI with poly required.
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
