MHC Financial Services, LLC represents MHC as their captive finance company facilitating the sale and delivery of Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu trucks. As MHCFS continues to grow, we have an opening for a MHCFS Sales Coordinator. THis position works closely with MHC Financial Services (MHCFS) sales team to assist in the funding process for MHCFS and external lending partners. Responsible for efficiently and effectively communicating, managing, and executing loan closings with customers, lenders, and truck salespeople. Executes MHCFS loan closings by working with finance sales, dealership personnel, customer, and MHCFS credit department. Manages the preparation & execution of outside lender's documentation and funding processes, while keeping funding timelines within determined KPIs. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with MHCFS team, MHC dealership network, and outside lenders. Clearly communicates the funding items needed for each lender to customers and dealerships during the closing process to secure timely funding of finance sales opportunities. Assists finance sales team to develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales opportunities. Helps manage sales pipeline and proactively work with Sales Managers to help drive sales. This includes calling on open approvals and incomplete credit applications as well as providing sales reports and data to dealerships. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives and customers to contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at one time whileproviding excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable on the phone with customers. Have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn the sales process to eventually move into a sales role. College degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in business, finance, orcommunications is preferred.
