Job Summary

The Program Coordinator - Marketing Services is a key role within Informa PLC, responsible for the successful delivery of marketing services programs across a set of defined vertical markets. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing services programs to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and creative, to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including program management and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
