The selected candidate will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective healthcare provider partners.
The Healthcare Partnership Coordinator will be an integral part of a sales team, tasked with promoting Midland Care services, securing referrals for various programs, and effectively communicating our mission.
This role encompasses responsibility for larger programs, which entails a higher volume of referrals and admissions, resulting in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Employment Status:
Full-time | Monday-Friday
Salary: $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience and relevant background.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing and sales, including cold calling and a comfort level in requesting referrals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in community outreach
- Must hold a valid Kansas Driver's License, enforce automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the organization's insurability standards as defined by Midland policy
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program.
