About the Position:


Super Dispatch is in search of a Client Success Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate the successful initiation of our esteemed clients through a well-structured activation journey.


In this role, you will guide new clients, address any challenges, and guarantee the seamless integration of our offerings.

Throughout the client lifecycle, we emphasize providing an exceptional experience, with onboarding being the crucial first step.


As this is a relatively new team, you will play a pivotal role in defining its purpose within Super Dispatch.

We hope you are excited by the prospect of navigating uncharted territory, taking on diverse responsibilities, and managing some uncertainty in your daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships from the point of sale through successful activation.

Assist clients in identifying their requirements and oversee their timeline to realize value.

Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure every aspect of the journey aligns with client expectations.


Support our newest clients through initial onboarding sessions (via video conferencing) and follow-up communications to ensure they receive the optimal onboarding experience, troubleshooting their issues and responding to their inquiries.


Create ongoing content and resources for clients (and other teams) to facilitate education and promote rapid product adoption.

Become a Super Dispatch product authority and discuss or educate on any aspect of the product both internally and externally.

Quickly assimilate and communicate any updates regarding the product to your clients.

Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Friendly and clear phone and video presence – your confidence in discussing our products will instill trust in clients.


Strong organizational abilities — you will be managing multiple clients, necessitating a systematic approach to keep their needs organized.

Ability to learn swiftly — you can stay informed about upcoming product enhancements/changes and relay them to clients.

An understanding of market demands and current applications of businesses utilizing video.

Strategically oriented — you will assist clients in developing their overall strategy with our product.


Highly self-driven and motivated — you thrive without needing constant supervision.

The capacity to adapt priorities swiftly when required.

Complete Super Dispatch's comprehensive new employee onboarding program. You will become familiar with our culture, operations, and objectives.

Gain insights into the onboarding process and best practices for delivering outstanding onboarding to new clients.

Participate in as many onboarding sessions as possible, draft your onboarding process, and conduct your first onboarding session.

Within three months, you will...


Conduct assisted onboarding sessions to gain confidence in delivering onboarding to new clients with the support of another team member.

Manage your own clients and onboarding, and conduct independent onboarding sessions.

Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the onboarding experience for new clients.

Within six months, you will...

Take charge of and complete ad-hoc projects.

Host onboarding webinars and group onboarding sessions.

Lead more detailed and/or customized onboarding for strategic clients.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000 annually, with 10% being commission-based.
