YOUR ROLE:

As a Property & Casualty Sales Consultant, you will be a driven professional dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of insurance with ease.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our rapidly growing Property & Casualty product line.
  • Prepare consultative, value-driven presentations based on insights from our Case Managers.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience to foster loyalty and strengthen our brand.
  • Coordinate effectively with lenders and carriers to address client requirements.
  • Adhere to team protocols by meeting quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Manage your daily workflows while supporting teammates as needed.
  • Adapt to evolving processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales and a valid insurance license.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a consultative, value-based approach.
  • A positive demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Integrity and honesty in all dealings, ensuring trust with clients and the team.
  • A collaborative mindset, taking responsibility for both individual and team success.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A genuine appreciation for the impact of well-placed communication.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000, based on a good faith estimate reflecting potential compensation in various locations.
