YOUR ROLE:

As a Property & Casualty Sales Associate II, you are a driven professional dedicated to assisting customers in navigating the intricacies of insurance with ease.

You hold a valid P&C insurance license and are enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference while leveraging your sales expertise to provide comprehensive advice to clients regarding their insurance requirements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to further develop our expanding Property & Casualty product line.
  • Create consultative, value-driven presentations for clients based on recommendations from our Case Managers.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience to foster loyalty and enhance our brand.
  • Coordinate with lenders and carriers to effectively address our clients' needs.
  • Comply with team policies by meeting quality standards and service level agreements in daily operations.
  • Manage your individual daily tasks while supporting teammates as needed.
  • Adapt to changing processes and workflows to enhance individual and team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales with an active insurance license.

3+ years of sales experience, preferably with a consultative, value-based approach.

A positive demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Integrity and honesty - you prioritize doing what is right for clients and the team.

A collaborative mindset - you take responsibility for your work and contribute to the success of your team.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

A genuine appreciation for the impact of well-placed communication.

The salary range for this position is estimated between $50,000 and $55,000, based on what a successful candidate might earn in various locations.
