**Duties**

As a Lead Grants Evaluation Specialist, you will:

* Serves as Team Leader to AO Grants Evaluation Division and utilizes a wide variety of coordinating, coaching, facilitating, consensus-building and planning techniques to assist the AO Division Team in completing assigned tasks:

* Ensures ONAP's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into team strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products.

* Articulates and communicates team assignments, potential program issues/problems to be addressed, project milestones, and deadlines and time frames for completion.

** Qualifications**

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

**Specialized Experience:** For the **GS-13**, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the **GS-12** grade level in the Federal service**. Specialized Experience** for this position includes:

**-analyzing, evaluating and recommending solutions to policy and program issues; AND

-reviewing grant applications and providing on-going technical assistance and training to grant recipients on program related issues; AND

-leading and/or guiding a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving program goals and objectives.**

Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or **.** One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. **CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:**

* A one year probationary period may be required.

* Must successfully complete a background investigation.

* Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.

* Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.

* If receiving the **Johnson and Johnson** COVID-19 Vaccine, the deadlines are as follows:

+ **first and only dose is November 8, 2021**
