We are presently in need of an adept Human Resources Director to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources (HR) department, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Source, assess, and oversee the hiring process for qualified candidates, collaborating closely with supervisors and managers to align job requirements with candidate profiles.

Implement orientation programs for new hires and initiatives for employee recognition.

Execute HR functions to administer various human resource programs including benefits, leave, performance and talent management, employee relations, morale initiatives, and training and development.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices, by regularly reviewing policies and procedures.

Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate and current employee data.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging HR technologies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all endeavors.

Proficient understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.

Proficiency in handling full-scope HRIS systems.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Certification such as PHR/SPHR or equivalent.

Must meet the criteria of a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C. § 6010.
