We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Director to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge giant OTR tires. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities to create innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new technologies to improve product performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new products
- Lead the development of new product lines, including giant OTR tires and engineering tires
- Provide technical support for on-site technology management and resolve complex problems
- Conduct competitor analysis and design new formulas to meet client needs
- Host or participate in industrial design centre technical projects and complete project tasks
- Master's degree or above in a related field, with a strong background in rubber and tire-related knowledge
- At least 15 years of experience in giant OTR tire formulations, processes, and structures
- Strong logical thinking, analysis, and judgement skills, with the ability to drive innovation and project success
- Excellent leadership skills to drive innovation and project success
