Job Title: Events CoordinatorJob Description
We are seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team. The role has been vacant for a few months, and we are now looking for a contract-to-hire candidate. You will support event coordination and execution across the campus, including major events like sporting events. This includes strategizing and managing parking services, collaborating with various campus partners, and leading teams to ensure smooth event operations. You will utilize parking software data, develop procedures and standards, and work closely with the finance team on billing and reconciliation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the communications team to inform the community about events impacting traffic and parking.
Hard Skills
+ 2+ years experience with event coordination
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
