Your Role in Our Success Story

As our Brand Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the success of both Living Fully Co. and In My Sundays. You'll be the glue that holds it all together, providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and project management support to our Directors. From managing calendars and drafting correspondence to assisting with marketing campaigns and content creation, you'll be our go-to superstar.

But that's not all we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of our day-to-day operations. You'll be covering many bases, coordinating shipments, and doing whatever it takes to keep our well-oiled machine running smoothly.

Here's the thing, friends both Living Fully Co. and In My Sundays are start-up businesses, which means we're in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. And that's exactly how we like it We're always open to new ideas, opinions, and areas for improvement. We want you to have the passion and pride for our brands as if they were your own.

This is an "all hands on deck" kind of gig, where every member of our team is vital to our success. We're headed for exponential growth, and we need someone who's ready to dive right in and embrace the chaos with open arms.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines for both Directors.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Directors.
  • Maintain and organize brand documents and resources.
  • Assist in maintaining organization in the office and storage spaces, ensuring supplies are stocked, waste is discarded, and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist the Directors with research tasks related to market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
  • Help develop and maintain basic forecasting models to support inventory management.
  • Assist with coordinating influencer outreach and collaborations.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Contribute to content creation efforts, including social media posts, blog articles, and other forms of branded content.
  • Help maintain and organize the brand's content calendar, scheduling posts, campaigns, and other brand-related activities. Potential to post all social media content.
  • Manage and execute giveaways, including selecting winners, obtaining approval, and shipping out item(s) won.
  • Assist in packing and preparing PR boxes / assist with PR recipient list, outreach, and product selection, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate with team members to explore new ideas, experiment with innovative strategies, and drive continuous improvement across both brands by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
  • Other tasks as assigned, providing support and assistance across various projects and initiatives.
  • Work with Directors to coordinate and execute brand photoshoots and marketing campaigns (i.e., prop sourcing, location scouting, organizing, and coordinating schedules).
  • Assist in maintaining, updating and troubleshooting Shopify ecommerce website, both backend and customer facing.
  • Work closely with directors to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement in operations.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Support consumer engagement efforts by responding to inquiries, managing social media interactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Day-to-Day Operations:
  • Day-to-day operational tasks, such as running errands, coordinating pick-up's/drop-off's of shipments, etc.
  • Help with miscellaneous tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility, willingness, and reliability (i.e., running errands, pick-ups/drop-offs).

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience in the fashion industry.
  • Social media marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Living Fully.
