Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee phone communications, calendar management, and meeting research.
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets and draft necessary correspondence.
  • Proactively develop processes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients & partners.
  • Compile monthly expense reports for review and submit to the finance department for approval.
  • Create marketing presentations and decks for brand partnerships.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in an assistant role, preferably within the entertainment sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional task management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and interest in key figures within the entertainment industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Familiarity with UTA's client roster is advantageous.
