United Talent Agency is in search of a Coordinator for the Music Brand Collaborations division. UTA Music represents a wide array of distinguished musical talent, ranging from up-and-coming artists to established icons. Our global efforts focus on advancing client careers through various avenues including recording agreements, tours, live performances, licensing, and strategic brand collaborations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for the music industry and an inquisitive mindset regarding how artists can connect with brands beyond live events.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee phone communications, calendar management, and meeting research.
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets and draft necessary correspondence.
- Proactively develop processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients & partners.
- Compile monthly expense reports for review and submit to the finance department for approval.
- Create marketing presentations and decks for brand partnerships.
- At least 1 year of experience in an assistant role, preferably within the entertainment sector.
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional task management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge and interest in key figures within the entertainment industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with UTA's client roster is advantageous.
