Job Title: Creative Brand Manager

Job Summary:

The Creative Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in leading project management and creative processes, ensuring seamless execution of visual collateral and brand assets. This individual will oversee the design team, maintain up-to-date dashboards, and act as the primary liaison with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual brand strategies to enhance the customer journey and support marketing efforts.
  • Manage day-to-day graphic and creative department workflow, prioritizing project requests and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create project SOPs, provide directional feedback, and proofread creative projects.
  • Project status reporting to the Director of Marketing and department stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of brand guidelines, graphic design library, and digital asset development, maintaining brand consistency across all venues.
  • Manage email communications, coordinate printing processes, and build look books, event promotional materials, and sales materials to enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with teams to identify problems and translate them into creative solutions that drive business metrics.
  • Support the design and production of digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, menus, party flyers, videos, animations, and other collateral.
  • Manage the production, repurposing, resizing, and execution of approved design systems, while crafting new ones for both print and digital assets.
  • Collect and complete approved change requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with creative management to ensure designs meet corporate and operational expectations.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and delivery information to pertinent teams, liaising with internal departments, partners, and vendors to resolve challenges.
  • Stay current in design trends and styles in various media, maintaining Company brand standards and production levels.
  • Define success by producing high-quality graphics that align with the pace and profitability of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with managerial experience.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Intermediate understanding of composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in art or graphic design preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a similar hospitality, hotel, or resort setting preferred.
  • Professional portfolio showcasing work.
  • Knowledge of design best practices in print, digital, video, and social platforms.
  • Understanding of motion graphics and its connection to design.
  • Understanding of Digital Content Creation best practices as relates to social media, YouTube, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, keep an open and objective view, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle various projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up, and make accurate decisions.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and stressful work environment, and work well under pressure and meet all defined deadlines.
  • Solid foundation in the principles of UI and UX, concept development, brand development, and composition.
  • Experience in photography and videography is a plus but not required.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
  • Constant contact with fellow Team Members is required.
  • Schedule could exceed 40 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management.
  • Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tasks are performed from a non-sitting and sitting position.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors including but not limited to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
